RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoebox in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee or refusal of return.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and elysewalker.com does not assume return shipping costs.
Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount will be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.
How do I make a return or exchange?
All returns must be authorized and assigned an RA (Return Authorization) number. Please email returns@elysewalker.com to obtain an RA number. Items sent back without an RA number may not be accepted and approved for a return. (NOTE: When returning footwear, do not use your shoebox as your shipping box.) Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package. We suggest selecting an insured shipping method. This will provide you recourse should something happen to your package in transit. Elysewalker.com cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at elysewalker.com and approved for a refund, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from elysewalker.com. If your item(s) are not approved for a refund, a website voucher may be given, though not guaranteed. Merchandise vouchers will also be processed within five business days.
